We’ll either provide a jump start or arrange a battery replacement, if available. You only pay for the battery.
Towing
If we can’t get you moving, we’ll arrange a free tow (up to 20km in metro areas and 50km in regional areas).
Flat tyres
We’ll change your tyre with your car’s spare or tow your car to a tyre outlet within 20km for metro and 50km for regional areas.
Emergency fuel
We’ll arrange for the delivery of up to 10 litres of fuel to help you reach the nearest petrol station.
Ambulance cover
If your car is in an accident and you or a passenger require an ambulance, we will contribute up to $400 to the cost.

How quickly do roadside service vehicles arrive?
This will depend on a few factors, such as the time of day, your location and road conditions. When you speak to our team, they can provide an estimated time of the arrival of the service person.

How does TrueCover Assist work?
If you require roadside assistance, simply call TrueCover on 1300 800 900. Unless it’s obvious, we’ll ask you a series of questions to diagnose the cause of the breakdown.
